Class cancellations will be noted on this calendar as soon as possible after after a decision is made, and definitely by an hour before class time.
Elaine is available for Private Sessions on an occasional, short-term or regular basis to address your individual interests and concerns. Sessions may focus on specific postures or techniques, address physical/life challenges, start or jump-start your practice.
Please try to come to class 15 minutes early. Practice on an empty stomach.
Wear comfortable clothes; feet should be bare. Props are available. Please do not wear perfume or scents.
Listen to your body; if something doesn’t feel right to you, don’t do it. If you have physical challenges, please let Elaine know before class begins.
At the end of class (or if you have to leave early), spend several minutes in final relaxation.
Classes are offered on a sliding scale.
Classes at Hobbs House are $17–22/drop-in.

$240–320 / 16-week session

Registration can be pro-rated.
If you are unsure of your schedule, please come as a drop-in student. If you are having financial challenges, please let me know.
You may make up classes during your current session at any Hobbs House class. Classes are held on Monday holidays. Regular classes are not held on the Fourth of July, Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year’s, and sometimes Halloween. Cancellations because of weather are rare; please call 781/367-1181.
