Driving Directions
From Lynn/Swampscott, follow Atlantic Avenue to Clifton Avenue. Take a left at the light right after Preston Beach. Hobbs House is a block and a half on your right.

Or follow Humphrey Street to Clifton Avenue. Take a right at the convenience store. After one block, the street jogs to the left, and then to the right. Hobbs House is on your left, next to the playground.

From Salem, take Route 114 (Lafayette Street). In Marblehead, after St. Andrew’s Church and the graveyard, bear right onto Maple Street. Go two blocks to the lights. Take a soft right onto Humphrey Street toward Swampscott (a sharp right would take you to Vinnin Square on Tedesco Street). In several blocks, just slightly before the convenience store, take a left onto Clifton Avenue.

From Swampscott/Lynn, follow Humphrey Street to the lights at the intersection of Humphrey Street and Tedesco Road. Bear left onto Maple Street (Glover School is on your right). Shortly, bear right onto Pleasant Street/Route 114 East. Follow 114 for 1/4 mile to the first set of lights (a playground/park is on your left). Take this left onto West Shore Drive. Follow West Shore Drive for 1.7 miles and take a right onto Green Street. Take the second left onto Tioga Way. Phoenix is at the end of the loop.

From Salem, take Route 114 East to Marblehead (Phoenix is approximately 3 miles from intersection at Salem State College). After you enter Marblehead, at the second set of lights, get in the left hand lane (a playground/park is on your left). Take this left onto West Shore Drive. Follow West Shore Drive for 1.7 miles and take a right onto Green Street. Take the second left onto Tioga Way. Phoenix is at the end of loop.
