HOUSEKEEPING NOTESPlease try to come to class 15 minutes early. Practice on an empty stomach. Wear comfortable clothes; feet should be bare. Props are available. Please do not wear perfume or scents. Listen to your body; if something doesn’t feel right to you, don’t do it. If you have physical challenges, please let Elaine know before class begins. At the end of class (or if you have to leave early), spend several minutes in final relaxation. |
